Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

We have available next day deliveries within UAE for orders placed until 3pm and same day delivery within Dubai, ABU Dabhi, Sharja for orders placed until 11am.

How much will I pay for shipment? Do you offer free shipping?

This will vary according to the location you place your order. We offer free shipping on orders over AED 690.

Deliveries to remote areas will incur an additional charge of AED 15.

Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?

Expect deliveries only during business days. Although we know some of our couriers handle deliveries on weekends we cannot guarantee this.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Although we have a time frame for deliveries sometimes it can take longer than expected, please check your tracking first to ensure it’s not on it’s way still or on a pickup point. If the problem persists please reach out to our Customer Service Team through cs@janthee.com.

Return & Refunds

 Can I return an order?

We only accept returns of full priced items or items purchased with discounts under 20%. Any Sale Item or Items purchased at a 20%Off discount or more are considered Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return nor exchanges.

How long do I have to return an item and how can I do it?

If your item is eligible for return or exchange you have 7 days upon receiving the item to initiate the process. Please check our Returns & Exchanges page (page must be linked here)  for the complete guide on how to proceed. We strongly advise you to track you parcel - if packages are lost we are not liable to exchange.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes, the return process in the Middle East will incur a service fee of 15 dirhams per return, which includes pickup at your address and will be deducted from your refund.

Will I get refunded if I return something?

After receiving the items back in our warehouse and confirming they are in good conditions you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Quality & Process

Where are the products made?

All of our JANTHEE swimwear is crafted at our family-owned production facility in Portugal, while most of our JANTHEE Resort pieces are meticulously produced in the UAE.

Where do you buy your materials?

Our brand is committed to collaborating with the best suppliers - we buy fabrics for swimwear exclusively from Italy and all accessories across other European distributors. We source our Resortwear materials locally in Dubai.

Do you see the process in person?

We visit our productions as often as we can. Having our CEO based in Dubai and our Product Developer based in Portugal allows us to oversee all the sampling and production processes closely.

Are your materials tested?

Our Swimwear fabrics are quality tested to ensure our premium products are prepared to resist normal conditions of salt water, chlorine and harmful substances.

How do I take care of my bikinis?

JANTHEE is made with luxe Italian lycra and all pieces are constructed of the finest fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate by nature. In order to preserve its quality we advise the following:

  • Hand wash cold with very mild soap
  • Lay flat to dry in shade
  • Do not iron, do not bleach, do not machine wash
  • Avoid excessive contact with suntan oils and lotions, heavily chlorinated water and over heated spas and pools
  • Care instructions are also on your tag in the swimsuit
