International Return & Exchange Policy

JANTHEE offers STORE CREDIT CODES on returns/exchanges of FULL PRICED items.

Please note that all SALE ITEMS and ITEMS purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE OF 20% AND MORE are FINAL SALE and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN NOR EXCHANGES. No exceptions!

JANTHEE accepts returns within 14 days of receiving the product. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original liners and hang tags still attached to them. We offer Store Credit Codes for our customers. We only issue Store Credit codes in the amount of the original item purchased/returned, excluding shipping costs.

Do You Need To Return or Exchange An Item? Here's How You Do It!

  • Step 1

    Please contact our Customer Service team via E-mail (returns@janthee.com. Our team will help you with your return request and will provide the return address and return form.

  • Step 2

    Please fill out our return form & add your name and order number

  • Step 3

    Insert the return form with the items) you wish to exchange or return in the original packaging.

    Please track your parcel - if packages are lost in transit, we are not liable to exchange.

    PLEASE MARK YOUR PARCEL AS "SAMPLE" WITH A VALUE OF 0€ (non EU countries).

  • Step 4

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

    The Store Credit code will be issued between 3-5 business days upon receiving the items.
