All orders are shipped from the UAE. By processing your payment and completing an order with JANTHEE, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms and conditions:

- Next Day Delivery within the UAE: AED 20 (for orders placed by 3 PM)

- Same Day Delivery within Dubai, ABU Dabhi, Sharja: AED 30 (for orders placed until 11am)

- ⁠Free Shipping on orders over AED 690

- Deliveries to remote areas will incur an additional charge of AED 15

Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year due to holidays and weekends. Please check UAE holidays to be aware of potential delays.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer provides the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If an incorrect address is provided or the items couldn’t be delivered after several attempts by the shipping company and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will deduct 15 dirhams as a service fee for returning the package.
