Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Shipping to Europe take approximately 3-7 business days. Worldwide Shipping take 5-12 business days. Within Germany we now have the possibility of Express Shipping in some items (you will see the zenrush icon under the colours on the product page if this is available), and standard shipping will take 2-5 business days.

How much will I pay for shipment? Do you offer free shipping?

This will vary according to the location you place your order. We offer free shipping on orders over 220€.

Will I be charged customer and import duties?

If you are ordering from outside the EU yes, you will be charged taxes & duties which are not included in the cost you pay for your order.           We advise you to contact your local customs to better understand the ratings.           We reserve the right to deduct any costs from your refund that are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.

Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?

Expect deliveries only during business days. Although we know some of our couriers handle deliveries on weekends we cannot guarantee this.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Although we have a time frame for deliveries sometimes it can take longer than expected, please check your tracking first to ensure it’s not on it’s way still or on a pickup point. If the problem persists please reach out to our Customer Service Team through

Return & Refunds

 Can I return an order?

We only accept returns of full priced items or items purchased with discounts under 20%. Any Sale Item or Items purchased at a 20%Off discount or more are considered Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return nor exchanges.

How long do I have to return an item and how can I do it?

If your item is eligible for return or exchange you have 14 days upon receiving the item to initiate the process. Please check our Returns & Exchanges page (page must be linked here)  for the complete guide on how to proceed. We strongly advise you to track you parcel - if packages are lost we are not liable to exchange.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the costumer.

Will I get refunded if I return something?

We only offer Store Credits Codes. After receiving the items back in our warehouse and confirming they are in good conditions you will receive a store credit in the form of a discount code which you can use on your purchase. Store Credits do not include the cost of shipping.

Quality & Process

Where are the bikinis made?

  All our pieces are carefully made in Portugal, under strict rules that ensure fair working conditions along the supply chain as well as fair payment for all workers. We work with a family production and the fact that we have a small team allows us to have more control over quality.

Where do you buy your materials?

Our brand is committed to collaborating only with certified suppliers - we buy fabrics exclusively from Italy and all accessories across other European distributors.

Do you see the process in person?

We visit our production as often as we can and are proud to say we know every person who touches JANTHEE personally.

Are your materials tested?

Our fabrics are quality tested to ensure our premium products are prepared to resist normal conditions of salt water, chlorine and harmful substances.

How do I take care of my bikinis?

JANTHEE is made with luxe Italian lycra and all pieces are constructed of the finest fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate by nature. In order to preserve its quality we advise the following:

  • Hand wash cold with very mild soap
  • Lay flat to dry in shade
  • Do not iron, do not bleach, do not machine wash
  • Avoid excessive contact with suntan oils and lotions, heavily chlorinated water and over heated spas and pools
  • Care instructions are also on your tag in the swimsuit
