Return & Exchange Policy

JANTHEE accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the product and offers REFUNDS on returns/exchanges of FULL PRICED items.

The return process in the Middle East will incur a service fee of 15 dirhams per return, which includes pickup at your address and will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, we kindly ask you to proceed as you would with a return. Once we refund the amount, feel free to order your desired size. We understand this is currently not the most convenient method for our valued customers. As a small brand that has just launched in the Middle East, we are working hard to become more and more customer-friendly for you. Thank you for your understanding, lovely JANTHEE girls.

Please note that all SALE ITEMS and ITEMS purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE OF 20% AND MORE are FINAL SALE and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN NOR EXCHANGES. No exceptions!

All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original liners and hang tags still attached to them.

Do You Need To Return or Exchange An Item? Here's How You Do It!

  • Step 1

    Please contact our Customer Service team via E-mail (returns@janthee.com). Our team will help you with your return request.

    Our customer service will assist you with your order and schedule a pickup for your return on the agreed-upon day. Please note that once the pickup is scheduled, you are responsible for being attentive to your mobile phone, as the shipping company may contact you at any time on that day. If the shipping company is unable to reach you, a second return fee may be charged, depending on the flexibility of the shipping courier in the respective country. We handle such situations on a case-by-case basis and will keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Step 2

    To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags (including anti-return ribbon in the case of the dresses), and in its original packaging.

  • Step 3

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
